AMCO works to enable employees to perform their social roles. because for best workplace strategy is to give the employee a sense of his role in community service. We often ask employees to participate in social activities. We also have several social initiatives in charities, hospitals and orphanages.

AMCO offers a range of pioneering social projects in the field of recruitment and training of national human resources, such as the “AMCO Program” for the employment of people with special needs. It is considered a pioneering step in the field of social responsibility.

In addition, <<a Recruitment Platform>> has been established which is an example of the great initiatives offered by AMCO in partnership with “Riyadh Pharma” and Faculty of Pharmacy, King Saud University in support of the vision of the Kingdom 2030. This platform aims to train trainees and trainees from the Faculty of Pharmacy to enter the labor market by providing them with advanced and intensive training courses According to the requirements of the labor market with financial rewards provided by AMCO in addition to certified professional certificates.

In fact, we have undertaken many initiatives to employ people with special needs, and we have a number of them working in various administrative jobs. We continue to encourage them to work in AMCO, in addition to providing continuous support to this expensive category. As a result we’ve got Mowaamah’s Certificate, To recognize any facility that would attract people with special needs.
