Job offer
If you are selected, one of the representatives of the Human Resources Department will send you an official job offer. The job offer will include the basic salary, and a summary of the benefits that you will get. We shall make the necessary steps to verify the available information about you in terms of career history, references, scientific qualifications … etc.
Interviews
Different sections tasks differ from each other. However, you may expect to conduct two to three interviews separately with the representatives of the different sections. You will have the opportunity to present your qualifications in detail, and find out more about AMCO and its business. Sometimes, it may be required to ask the candidate to conduct additional interviews before making a final employment decision.
Initial examination

Terms and Stages of Admission to the Career Progression Program:

Graduates of universities, industrial and technical colleges, and management institutes

– The applicant must be a Saudi national.

– The applicant should have a rate of minimum 2 of 4 or 3 of 5.

– Age of the applicant should not exceed 26 years on the date of applying to the program.

– The applicant must be a graduate of the current year or a graduate of the last two years.

– The applicant passes the admission test, medical examination and the personal interview.

High School Graduates:

– The applicant should have a rate of a minimum 75%.

– The applicant should have a rate of a minimum 75%.- The applicant should have a degree of 65% minimum in the assessment “Qiyas” test.- Age of the applicant should not exceed 24 years on the date of applying to the program.- The applicant must be a graduate of the current year or a graduate of the last two years.- The applicant passes the admission test, medical examination and the personal interview.

What is the Career Progression Program?
Career Progression Program is an intensive and advanced industrial training program that span between one and two years depending on the applicant’s scientific qualification and prospective field of employment. Through Career Progression Program, trainee will be oriented to work on the operation and management of the latest international manufacturing techniques

Who is eligible to apply for the program?
Saudi male who locally graduated – more than 3 years – from secondary school (scientific division), industrial and technical colleges and institutes are entitled to apply for the fields targeted by the Company at the start of the campaign.

Location of the training venue?
The training will be held in Riyadh Polytechnic Institute in Riyadh, one of the Strategic Partnerships Programs of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation Institutes.
